HORROR MOVIE SYNOPSIS

The Wolf Man

Larry Talbot (aka the Wolf Man played by Lon Chaney Jr.) visits his father (Sir John Talbot played by Claude Rains) in Wales. Larry saves the woman he loves (Gwen Conliffe played by Evelyn Ankers) from a werewolf (Bela played by Bela Lugosi) attack and is bitten in the scuffle. He then goes on a rampage in the Wales countryside in The Wolf Man movie.

HORROR TRIVIA

- Make-up for the Wolf Man (Lon Chaney Jr.) took around three hours to completely remove. Although that was nothing compared to the six hours needed to put on the make-up during the shooting of The Wolf Man.

- Given to him at a young age by Ellis Burman (prop maker), Bob Burns has the only known surviving prop from the movie The Wolf Man; the silver wolf head cane.
