An evil Egyptian priest (aka Mehemet Bey played by Turhan Bey) and his minion the Mummy (aka Kharis played by Lon Chaney Jr.) travel to the United States to kill all who had previously entered Princess Ananka's tomb in the movie The Mummy's Tomb. While seeking revenge the high priest falls for a young beauty Isobel Evans (played by Elyse Knox), which turns out to be his and Kharis' down fall.
