HORROR MOVIE SYNOPSIS

The Mummy

The mummy (aka Im-Ho-Tep aka Ardath Bey played by Boris Karloff) of an ancient Egyptian priest is revived by archeologists. The mummy then tries to resurrect his love (Princess Anck-es-en-Amon aka Helen Grosvenor played by Zita Johann), all the while people start getting knocked off in The Mummy.

HORROR TRIVIA

- Caligostro was the name of the movie in the first draft of script for the original movie The Mummy. It was later changed to Im-Ho-Tep, and then of course to The Mummy.

- Although never appearing in the final version of the movie The Mummy, Henry Victor still is in the credits as the Saxon Warrior.
